The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Founder and CEO in managing the organization's operations, including support in regulatory compliances and administration. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working with a growing company. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

 

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANCE / Personal Assistant

  • Managing the calendars
  • Regular follow-up with various departments and teams for any outstanding matters
  • Regular debriefing on pending matters
  • Setting up and managing the wishes for special occasions of key employees, clients, and contacts.
  • Following up, coordinating ongoing initiatives, and getting them to closure.
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
  • Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
  • Handling correspondence
